In GvG, you survivability won't be your concern, because most people will ignore you. That's kind of off topic.. but.. as a warrior, your energy pool will never be that great. Earth magic would be your best bet if you need to tank FoW or something. The monk heals won't sustain you that well unless you have hundred blades or cyclone axe.. even then, a heal < more defense/evade if you ask me.
For GvG though, you'll probably want to go 100% offense.

You haven't posted what skills you plan to use? The attributes aren't really much of anything compared to your skill list. For GvG I'd say to get at least 9 str, though. Hmm.. well.. if you aren't going to be using attack skills that much, then it's negligable.
You really need to know what skills you're using before you do attributes, not the other way around. Post some up so we can help you with it.

If you have a W/E and your enemy team doesn't have disenchanters (which, they probalby will) you'll last much longer. Providing you have a monk to heal you, you can just use Armor of Earth and gain that precious 30 armor. The only real thing I can think of that W/Mo would be better at was taking some heat off the monk, using skills like Vigorous Spirit and Mend Ailment.

no str = no armor penetration = no dmg... 10str [unless your shield needs that much tactics] should be a warrior's BAREBONES minimum.
10+2 swordsmanship
9+1 strength
7+1 tactics
10 water magic
That'll give you plenty of room to maneuver your skill set. If of course, you're not using any shouts [shield's up should be a default in any gvg guild lord killer build] then dump tactics and get
10+1 strength
10+2 swordsmanship
11 water magic

You don't really need armor penetration on a warrior... it's good when you're attacking other warriors and rangers to a lesser extent, but most of the time you're attacking 60 AL targets where the armor penetration is diminished to a little over half effectiveness.
Weapon mastery at 16 is WAY more important for dealing damage. Having 16 as opposed to 12 in weapons means an effective ~5% higher crit rate, obviously your damage skills will be much stronger (+42 damage eviscerates/exec strikes compared to 34 at 12, +43 damage galrath/final thrusts compared to +32 at 12 etc.). Might not seem THAT great, but the 115% damage you do not only impacts your regular attack but the skills as well, so you can go ahead and say eviscerate is actually ~+48 as opposed to +34.
The only thing you need to raise your strength for imo is to use your shield, if you're using a strength based elite (endurance/flourish/battle stance, etc). With enough points to use your shield it should suffice to give your run speed boosts a decent length.
Once I tried 16 weapon mastery I didn't even know any formulas and whatnot it's just so blatantly obvious that your damage is much better you don't even have to parse.

Hmm, those +42 Eviscerate criticals are one of the scariest hits in the game :/
